Shipping Policy – SINCERO

At SINCERO, all of our items are currently sold on a pre-order basis. This allows us to reduce waste, ensure quality, and produce only what is truly wanted by our community.

Please read the following information carefully before placing an order.


Pre-Order Process

When you place a pre-order with SINCERO, the process works as follows:

  1. Customers place orders and payment is collected.

  2. We use these funds to manufacture or source the garments.

  3. The products are shipped to us for quality checks and packaging.

  4. Orders are then shipped directly to customers.

Because of this process, shipping times are longer than standard retail brands.


Processing & Shipping Time

  • Pre-order processing time:
    3–6 weeks from the date the pre-order window closes.
    (This includes production, delivery to us, and preparation.)

  • Customer shipping time:
    Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:

    • UK: 2–4 business days

    • Europe: 5–10 business days

    • International: 7–14 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to production delays, customs, or courier issues.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.


Shipping Costs

Our shipping is free so no cost is required.


Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Manufacturing issues

  • Supplier delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Courier disruptions

We will always keep customers updated via email if significant delays occur.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
SINCERO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, SINCERO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to assist.
